Raghu Romeo is a black comedy. The movie follows the story of a gullible man named Raghu Romeo (Vijay Raaz), who comes from a lower-middle-class family. Raghu works as a waiter in the strip club and is obsessed with a TV-soap character (played by Maria Goretti). Raghu is unable to distinguish between the real and fantasy world and starts believing that the actress is in danger. He kidnaps her to protect her from the mob hitmen and takes her to the countryside. Will Raghu ever learn the truth or continue creating more problems for the actress and himself?
