Raja Natwarlal is a thriller crime drama that revolves around Mithilesh Kumar Shrivastava aka Raja (Emraan Hashmi), a small-time conman. Raja cheats people to make quick money. However, his life changes when he comes across a Cape Town-based billionaire, Varda Yadav (Kay Kay Menon). Varda kills Raja’s best friend and partner in crime Raghav Desai (Deepak Tijori). Raja decides to seek revenge of his best friend’s murder. He takes the help of a crook named Yogi (Paresh Rawal) who trains and teams up with Raja against Varda.
