Rupaye Dus Karod is an action thriller drama. The movie follows the story of a Criminal Lawyer named Ravi Verma (Rajesh Khanna), who has recently stopped his practice and instead writes crime and spy novels. Years ago, Ravi’s father, Chamanlal (Sudhir Dalvi), left his family and ran away after being framed for murdering one of his business partners. He was soon assumed to be dead, as he never contacted anybody since then. However, twenty years later, Chamanlal, who is still alive and has made it big in Singapore, decides to transfer 10 Crores to the RBI in such an arrangement that only his wife or son can access the amount. The question remains, how will Ravi ever learn that he has such a big amount to his name?
