Section 375 is a courtroom drama based on a real-life case where an aspiring costume designer Anjali Damle (Meera Chopra) is molested and raped by a film director Rohan Khurana (Rahul Bhatt). Anjali takes up the case and decides to fight it out in court while Hiral Gandhi (Richa Chadha) is her defense lawyer and Tarun Saluja (Akshaye Khanna) is the opposition lawyer.
