Shaadi No. 1 is a romantic comedy-drama. The movie follows the story of three men – Raj Mittal (Fardeen Khan), Veer Saxena (Zayed Khan) and Aryan Kapoor (Sharman Joshi), who are married to Bhavana (Ayesha Takia), Diya (Esha Deol) and Sonia (Soha Ali Khan) respectively. Despite being in love with their wives, the three men are unhappy with their married life. The three men try to commit suicide when they meet Kothari (Satish Shah), a businessman who offers them a job to seduce and betray his three daughters, so they agree to marry the men he chooses for them. They accept the offer, but another man named Lucky Bhai (Sanjay Dutt) is all set to make their lives hell and constantly blackmails them to expose them to their wives. How their decisions create havoc in their simple lives forms the climax of the movie.
