Sheesha is a social drama based on the Bengali novel authored by Shankar (Mansamman) which deals with the issue of sexual harassment at workplaces. Dinesh (Mithun Chakraborty) and Manisha (Moon Moon Sen) fall in love and get married, everything goes well until Manisha discovers that her husband is arrested and accused of sexually harassing his female colleague Poonam. It is yet not clear if Dinesh is guilty or it was a plot created by Poonam to trap Dinesh.
