Shiv Ram is an action crime drama. The movie revolves around an honest police officer named Inspector Shiv (Jeetendra), who becomes the enemy of two dreaded criminals, Sangram Singh (Kiran Kumar) and Baburao Bheja (Sadashiv Amrapurkar), and vows to teach the duo a lesson. However, he is forced to resign from the police force, when a bullet gets stuck in his head, and the removal of it may cause death. This doesn’t stop him from fighting his enemies, and decides to opt for another path to set the scores right with those criminals.
