The Gentleman is an action drama and the remake of the 1993 Tamil film Gentleman. The movie follows the story of a small-businessman named Vijay (Chiranjeevi), who also is a master thief and carries out heists of stealing crores of money. However, his intention is to build schools for children where they could get free education and make a big impact in their lives. The police are always on his tail and try to catch him. Though his intentions are pure, hisway is surely not. What will happen when the police catch him? Will he be spared for his good work or get the same treatment as other criminals?
