The Great Shamsuddin Family is a family comedy drama that follows the story of Bani (Kritika Kamra), a well-qualified eldest daughter of a middle-class family who after her divorce faces a 12-hour deadline for an important job application. Desperate to meet the deadline, she tries to set up things in the house when a hoard of unexpected relatives starts to visit her including mother, aunts, sisters, cousins, and ex-boyfriend, adding to the chaos as the doorbell and phone’s ringtone don’t stop ringing. What does Bani do, how does she deal with all this?
