Toh Baat Pakki! is a romantic comedy drama. The film revolves around a woman named Rajeshwari Saxena (Tabu) who lives with her husband and sister, Nisha (Yuvika Chaudhary). Rajeshwari, a clever nosey parker, is currently looking for a rich and successful groom for her sister. She happens to meet Rahul (Sharman Joshi), a budding engineer and invites him to be their tenant in hopes of marrying her sister off to him. Soon Rahul and Nisha fall in love and Rajeshwari plans to get them engaged but changes her mind when she meets Yuvraj (Vatsal Seth) who appears to be a better choice. With all this drama will Nisha finally find her true love?
