Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge is an action romantic thriller drama. The movie follows the story of a young bachelor Veer Thakur (Salman Khan), who lives with his parents in a small community. He falls in love with Muskaan (Dia Mirza), and their parents set up the date of their engagement. However, Veer is often haunted by the visions of the events that he can’t remember and believes it to be related to his past. On the day of his engagement with Muskaan, Veer is attacked. It is then Veer asks his parents for revealing the truth about his identity. Does any of this have anything to do with Veer’s past?
