Viruddh… Family Comes First is a family drama. The movie revolves around an elderly middle-class man named Vidyadhar Patwardhan (Amitabh Bachchan), who leads a simple life with his wife Sumitra (Sharmila Tagore). Amar (John Abraham), Vidyadhar and Sumitra’s only son lives in London and returns home with his girlfriend Jenny (Anusha Dandekar). Initially reluctant, Amar’s parents were pleased with his decision to marry Jenny. However, their happy life takes a turn when Amar is murdered by the son of a minister. Vidyadhar and Sumitra are devastated by their son’s death and get no support from the police, as the murderer is the son of a powerful man. Vidyadhar takes things into his hands and brings justice to his son. Will Vidyadhar succeed in his mission and get the culprit to book?
