Aadmi is an action drama. The movie follows the story of an honest man named Vijay Srivastav (Mithun Chakraborty), a factory supervisor who leads a middle-class lifestyle with his family in Mumbai. Vijay fights against corruption and as a result makes many number of enemies. Things take a turn when Vijay’s family is killed and he is framed for their murder. He is arrested and sent to jail. It is in the jail he meets Inspector Deshmukh (Gulshan Grover), who promises him the release if he agrees to help him catch the son of a dreaded underworld don, to somehow reach the don and catch him. Vijay, whose life mission is to eliminate all the traitors of the country, agrees. However, will he succeed in his mission?
