Aan: Men at Work is a cop-action drama that revolves around DCP Hari Om Patnaik (Akshay Kumar) who has been assigned the task to eliminate the crime from Mumbai city, but realizes that other policemen aren’t too serious about their work as the system doesn’t allow them. However, Hari doesn’t give up and takes up the challenge to make Mumbai crime-free. A ruthless businessman, the home minister a big-time goon named Pathan (Irrfan Khan), and his younger brother are the three main leaders, who carry out the criminal activities in Mumbai, and getting rid of three would be a task for the police force. Things take a turn when two important cops get killed in the act, but Hari continues with his mission.
