De Taali is a romantic comedy-drama. It follows the story of three childhood best friends Abhishek (Aftab Shivdasani), Paresh (Riteish Deshmukh), and Amrita (Ayesha Takia). Amrita is in love with Abhishek; however, he loves another girl, Karthika (Rimi Sen). Amrita and Paresh hate Karthika and try to separate them by kidnapping Karthika. Soon, they realize that Karthika’s real name is Anjali who has a long history of cheating people, and now she wants to marry Abhishek for his money. Karthika manages to escape and informs Abhishek about the kidnapping while Paresh informs Abhishek of the truth about Karthika. Will Abhishek believe his friends or still choose his new lover over his childhood friends?
