Rimi Sen is an Indian actress and producer and the daughter of filmmaker Raja Sen. She started her career as a child artist in the 1996 Bengali film Damu. As an adult, she made her acting debut in Bollywood with Priyadarshan’s comedy film Hungama (2003), which earned her nomination at the Filmfare Awards for Best Female Debut. It was followed by her roles in other successful movies like Baghban (2003), Dhoom (2004), Garam Masala (2005), Kyon Ki (2005), Deewane Huye Paagal (2005), Phir Hera Pheri (2006), Golmaal: Fun Unlimited (2006), De Taali (2008) and Thank You (2011). She made her debut as a film producer with the 2016 sports biopic Budhia Singh – Born to Run, directed by Soumendra Padhi.
