Dharm Aur Qanoon is an adventure crime thriller drama. The movie follows the story of a man, Justice Diwan (Rajesh Khanna), who lives a wealthy lifestyle in a palatial house with his family. His life takes a turn when a man, whom he sentenced to prison, decides to seek revenge on Diwan and the entire legal department. When people start to get killed one by one, Diwan decides to take things in his hands and catch the men responsible for all the deaths. Will Diwan succeed in his mission and save other potential people from getting killed?
