Finding Fanny is a romantic comedy set in Goa that revolves around Ferdinand ‘Ferdie’ Pinto (Naseeruddin Shah), a postman, who realizes that his true love, Stefanie ‘Fanny’ Fernandes (Anjali Patil), never knew about his true feelings for her. Ferdie decides to find Fanny and confess his feelings for her. He takes the help of his friend Angelina ‘Angie’ Eucharistic (Deepika Padukone), a young widow, in finding Fanny. They are joined by Angie’s mother-in-law, Rosie (Dimple Kapadia), a lustful artist named Don Pedro (Pankaj Kapoor), and Angie’s childhood friend, Savio (Arjun Kapoor). Together they embark on the road trip to find Ferdie’s, lost love.
