Pankaj Kapoor or Pankaj Kapur is an Indian actor and director who has worked in theatre, television, and films. He has appeared in supporting roles in several Bollywood movies like Gandhi (1982), Chameli Ki Shaadi (1986), Jalwa (1987), Raakh (1989), Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon (2003), Maqbool (2003), Halla Bol (2008), Finding Fanny (2014) and Shaandaar (2015). He made his directorial debut with Mausam in 2011 which starred Shahid Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. He was married to actress Neelima Azeem from 1979 to 1984 and they have a son actor Shahid Kapoor. He later married actress Supriya Pathak in 1988, and the couple has two children.
