Haadsaa is an action thriller drama. The movie follows the story of a young woman named Asha (Smita Patil), who lives a poor lifestyle with her parents. Her father gets her married to a wealthy man named R.K. Chakravarthy for money. However, it is after the marriage that Asha learns that the man is impotent. Unhappy with her marriage, Asha decides to seduce Jai (Akbar Khan), a mechanic, to fulfil her sexual desire. How her actions complicate her married life forms the rest of the plot.
