Insaf Ki Pukar is an action crime drama. The movie revolves around two convicts - Ajay (Jeetendra) and Vijay (Dharmendra), who meet an innocent man named Manohar (Avinash Wadhvan), who is sentenced to death for the murder he never committed. He narrates his story to the duo. His sister was abducted, raped and killed by Dinesh Lal (Shakti Kapoor), the brother of wealthy tycoon, Dhani Lal (Prem Chopra), and when he tries to file a complain, their friend Sohan Lal (Anupam Kher) frames Manohar for the murder and gets him arrested. Learning the tragic story of Manohar, Ajay and Vijay decide to help him seek revenge from all those who wronged him and also prove his innocence. Will the duo be able to help Manohar?
