Kaminey follows the story of identical twins Guddu and Charlie (Shahid Kapoor). Charlie wishes to become a bookmaker at the racecourse. Charlie gets deceived by a jockey, and he loses INR 100,000. To avenge the loss, Charlie goes to the jockey’s room after the race and accidentally discovers a guitar case filled with cocaine. Guddu is going to marry his girlfriend, Sweety (Priyanka Chopra), sister of politician Shankar Bhope. Bhope orders to kill Guddu, but he escapes with Sweety. Bhope instead catches Charlie to find out about his brother. Amid all the chaos, many people lose their lives but will it all be of any worth in the end?
