Kaun? Kaisey? is a mystery crime drama. The movie revolves around a young honest cop, Inspector Vinod (Mithun Chakraborty), who is assigned with a complicated murder case of a girl. As he tries to resolve his case, it gets further complicated. Meanwhile, Vinod gets calls from a mysterious caller, and realises that there is more to the case and it is much more complicated than Vinod thinks it may be. Will Vinod be able to resolve the case and catch the real culprit?
