Kaun Pravin Tambe is a sports biopic about the extraordinary journey of cricketer Pravin Tambe who dreamt of becoming a cricketer and represent India at the international level. Pravin Tambe (Shreyas Talpade) who hailed from a middle-class Maharashtrian family was a right-armed leg spinner, who despite not having played any international or even first-class cricket made it to India’s biggest cricket league – Indian Premier League and debuted at the age of 41 when most player hang up their boots. Pravin Tambe’s inspirational story is that of an underdog who fought against all odds and triumphed over destiny.
