Khalli Balli is a horror-comedy that revolves around an aspiring model and actress, Sanjana (Kainaat Arora) who experiences bizarre supernatural events that make her boyfriend Rohit (Rajneesh Duggal) mistrust her. To get their life back on track they take a break from their routine daily chores and go to Lucknow on a holiday, where things become worse and more dangerous. Rohit seeks the help of a local cop Inspector Gujjar Singh (Vijay Raaz), Prof. Gurpal (Dharmendra) and Dr. Anushka (Madhoo) who try to solve the mystery and help Sanjana. What’s the secret behind the occurrences forms the crux of the remaining story.
