Lorie is a social family drama. The movie follows the story of a young woman named Geeta Malhotra (Shabana Azmi), who is married to Bhupinder (Farooq Shaikh) and goes into depression after the loss of their child, as the doctor declares that she would never be able to conceive in future. One day, she comes across a child in a public bus, and assuming him to be abandoned by his family, she takes him home and starts raising him as her own. Things take a turn when the boy’s family files his missing complaint and Geeta faces consequences after being arrested for the charge of abduction. Will Geeta be able to prove her innocence and her good intentions?
