Saazish is an action drama. The movie revolves around a young man named Anand (Mithun Chakraborty), who lives with his sister Geeta. Geeta goes missing, and no one knows where she has gone. Anand reports the missing complaint of Geeta to police, but even police are unable to locate her. Anand decides to take things in his hands and sets out to find his sister. He meets a cabaret dancer, Roma (Anita Raj) and falls in love with her. However, the two are unaware that they are mere pawns in the racket carried out by criminals Diwan (Amrish Puri), Prakash (Raj Babbar) and Dr. Kalidas (Kader Khan), who take insurance under different identities and fake their deaths to claim the money. Will Anand be able to ever find his sister and save himself and Roma from the ferocious criminals?
