Shehzada is an action romantic comedy-drama and a remake of the 2020 Telugu hit film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The story revolves around Bantu (Kartik Aaryan) who is a smart, truthful, outspoken, and hard-working young man from a middle-class background who one day is told by his father, Valmiki (Paresh Rawal) that he is not his biological son but the son of a millionaire industrialist named Randeep Nanda (Ronit Roy). After knowing who his real parents are Bantu decides to meet his biological parents where a bundle of financial and family problems awaits him. To get into their family Bantu joins a travel company headed by Samara (Kriti Sanon), a self-made businesswoman. During their interactions, Bantu falls in love with Samara but before tying the knot he has to get his real family out of trouble.
