Manisha Koirala is a Nepal-born Indian actress. She is one of the most famous and critically acclaimed actresses of the 1990s and 2000s and a recipient of several awards. Manisha made her debut as a Bollywood actress in Subhash Ghai's Saudagar (1991). It was followed by her successful films like 1942: A Love Story (1994), Bombay (1995), Akele Hum Akele Tum (1995), Khamoshi: The Musical (1996), Dil Se.. (1998), Mann (1999), and Lajja (2001). She was recently seen in blockbuster Sanju (2018), playing Sanjay Dutt’s mother’s role – Nargis.
