Shikhar is a thriller drama. The movie revolves around a successful businessman, Gaurav Gupta (Ajay Devgn), who believes money is most powerful and fulfills all his ambitions. He sets out to complete his next project, which is building a tower in an abandoned village. He finds the support of a crooked politician but faces opposition from a landowner, Shrikant Vardhan (Javed Sheikh). Gaurav wants to build the tower at any cost and thus tries to manipulate Shrikant’s son Jaidev (Shahid Kapoor) and gains his support by offering a huge sum of money. Jaidev agrees to support Gaurav. However, much later Jaidev realizes his mistake and tries to rectify it, but he is attacked by Gaurav. Will Jaidev be able to stop Gaurav, or will Gaurav succeed in his evil mission?
