Singham is an action revenge drama and the Hindi remake of the Tamil hit Singham. The movie revolves around an honest policeman, Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn), who never hesitates to fight against injustice. His life changes when he encounters a corrupt politician, Jaikant Shikre (Prakash Raj), and humiliates him when he demands special treatment. Jaikant decides to take revenge and gets Singham transferred to Goa. After reaching Goa, Singham learns that the inspector preceding him committed suicide because of Jaikant, who has the same plans for Singham. However, Singham doesn’t give up and vows to teach Jaikant a lesson.
