Sitapur Ki Geeta is an action crime drama. The movie follows the story of a young girl named Geeta (Hema Malini), who lives with her brother, Karan (Rajan Sippy). The two are separated from their father, Dharam (Pran) after the calamity hits their village. Geeta leaves education and works hard to collect money for the education of her brother. Karan grows up and becomes a cop, and leaves for his duty, while back in the village, Geeta is forced to take up the life of a dacoit, and she even meets her father, who is now a bandit as well. In the city, Karan is given the task to arrest the bandits, while he is unaware that the people he will fight are his family. Is it to be found, what Karan chooses his duty or his family?
