Sonchiriya is a dacoit drama set in Chambal during the period of 1975 which narrates the untold story of a bunch of dacoits who find themselves on the other side of the law for being wronged. All have a certain past as some have taken to arms for not getting justice while some end up as outlaws and are boycotted by their families and society. Their fight against the system and the law leads to their quest for survival.
