Vaada is a romantic thriller drama. The movie follows the story of Pooja Sharma (Amisha Patel). Pooja was in a relationship with Karan Shrivastav (Zayed Khan), who was extremely possessive and controlling. Things get worse with time, which forces Pooja to break up with Karan. Post her breakup, she meets Rahul (Arjun Rampal), a businessman, and the two fall in love and gets married. Their married life goes well until they meet in a car accident, in which Rahul loses his eyesight. Years later, Pooja meets Karan when Rahul befriends him and makes him his business partner. Their lives take a turn when Pooja commits suicide and mysteriously her body goes missing just before the post-mortem. What might have happened and would anyone ever be able to solve the mystery?
