Woh 7 Din is a romantic family musical drama. The movie follows the story of a kind-hearted man named Dr. Anand (Naseeruddin Shah), whose marriage is arranged with a young beautiful girl named Maya (Padmini Kohlapure). Dr. Anand immediately falls in love with Maya; however, he learns that Maya is in love with another man named Prem (Anil Kapoor). Despite being in love with Maya, Dr. Anand decides to help Maya and Prem to be together. However, it is to be found whether Anand succeeds in bringing the two lovers together?
