Ishaan Khatter is an Indian actor and son of actors Rajesh Khattar and Neelima Azeem and half-brother of actor Shahid Kapoor. He made his first appearance on the silver screen as a child artiste in Mahesh Manjrekar’s Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi! (2005). He also worked as assistant director in Udta Punjab (2016) and Half Widow (2017). Ishaan made his acting debut as an adult with the 2017 film Beyond the Clouds directed by Majid Majidi, which earned him Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut and Best Actor Award at 5th International Bosphorus Film Festival. Other movies of his career include Dhadak (2018) and Khaali Peeli (2020).
