De De Pyaar De is a rom-com involving a 50-year old divorced man Ashish (Ajay Devgn) who falls in love with a 26-year old girl Ayesha (Rakul Preet Singh). Ashish tries to reveal about his ex-wife Manju (Tabu) and his young grown-up kids who are not ready to accept Ayesha into their family. Will Ashish convince Ayesha or go back to his family forms the remaining part of this situational comic fare.
