Desi Magic is a romantic comedy about two identical-looking girls named Sonia and Mahi (both played by Ameesha Patel) of which one interlaces traditional Indian values and lifestyle while the other leads an ultramodern attitude with westernized ideals. The two meet and interchange their places while hoping to change their lives. Being diametrically opposite in every way, will they be able to give themselves a new lease of life and change fortunes?
