Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji is a romantic comedy-drama that revolves around three roommates – Naren Ahuja (Ajay Devgn) – a bank manager, Abhay Suri (Emraan Hashmi) – a gym trainer, and Milind Kelkar (Omi Vaidya) – who works in a matrimonial company. Naren falls in love with a new intern in his bank, Milind falls for a radio jockey and Abhay starts an affair with a rich married woman. Abhay later meets the stepdaughter of the woman he was dating and falls in love with her. The three men try their best to keep up with their ladies, however, things fall apart despite their efforts. The three realize that it takes two to tango while all relationships don’t work as per one's needs.
