Daughter of actors Kamal Haasan and Sarika, Shruti Haasan is an Indian actress, who has acted in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi films. She is the elder sister of actress Akshara Haasan. She started her career in Bollywood as a child artist in the historical drama Hey Ram (2000). As an adult, she made her debut in Bollywood in the 2010 action thriller drama Luck, alongside Imran Khan, her role won her a nomination in Stardust Awards. She has also acted in movies like Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji (2011), D-Day (2013), Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2013), Gabbar is Back (2015), Behen Hogi Teri (2017) and many more.
