Dosti Dushmani is an action romantic comedy drama. The movie revolves around three friends - Dr. Sandeep (Jeetendra), Inspector Ranjith (Rajinikanth) and Advocate Prakash (Rishi Kapoor), who have grown up together and are inseparable. However, things take a turn when a criminal, Daga (Amrish Puri), who is the common enemy to the three decides to create a misunderstanding between the three, leading to a rift, which will make it easier for him to get them one by one. Will the three friends realise the truth or fall for Daga’s plan?
