Gardish is an action crime drama. The movie revolves around a young man named Shiva Sathe (Jackie Shroff), the son of Constable Purushottam Sathe (Amrish Puri). Purushottam wishes for his son to join the police force just like him. One day, Purushottam arrests the son of a MLA and as a result is relocated to the notorious area of Bombay. Upon arrival, he finds out that the police incharge is attacked by the don named Billa Jilani (Mukesh Rishi). Purushottam makes his entire family relocate to avoid any kind of problems for them. However, when Purushottam is attacked by the don, Shiva takes the path of crime and becomes an underworld don himself to take the revenge. How will Purushottam react when he’ll learn that Shiva became a criminal instead of a Policeman like him?
