Kahan Hai Kanoon is an action drama. The movie follows the story of a young man named Vishal (Aditya Pancholi), who relocates to Mumbai with his wife Jyothi (Kimi Katkar), and the two lead a happy life. However, their lives take a turn when Jyoti is brutally raped and killed by four men, which leaves Vishal devastated. He goes to police to report the crime, but all his efforts go in vain, as the four men are connected to powerful politicians. Later, he learns about Dharmatma (Sadashiv Amrapurkar), a kind-hearted man who helps everyone in need, so he goes to him for help. Will Dharmatma be able to help Vishal bring justice to his dead wife?
