Mera Dharam is an action romantic drama. The movie follows the story of a young boy named Jai (Jackie Shroff), who falls in love with Durga Digvijay (Amrita Singh). However, things take a turn, when the two learn that they cannot be together. Years ago, Jai and Durga’s family members Thakur and Sehgal indulged in a gunfight, which led to Sehgal’s death and started the rivalry between their families. Will the lovers from the feuding families be able to convince their families for the match and end the rivalry once and for all?
