Saveray Wali Gaadi is a romantic rural drama. The movie follows the story of a young man named Ravidas (Sunny Deol), who is the son of highly respected man Chhediram (Shreeram Lagoo). He falls in love with a village belle, Jyoti (Poonam Dhillon), but their love is disgraced by the villagers, due to differences in their community; however, he eventually marries Jyoti. Later, Ravidas moves to the city to fulfil his dream of being a poet, and becomes a successful poet, and communicates with Jyoti by writing a message on a morning train for Jyoti to read it. Jyoti waits for the morning train every day for the message and is hopeful that one day Ravidas will come to take her with her. Will Jyoti and Ravidas finally unite after so long?
