Shahenshah is an action thriller drama. The movie follows the story of a cop, Inspector Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan), the son of an honest police officer, Anand Srivastav (Kader Khan), who hangs himself after being framed for the robbery by some corrupt men. This had a lasting impact on young Vijay. He grows up under the care of his father’s friend, Inspector Aslam Khan (Pran), and like his father becomes a cop, but turns out to be corrupt, who accepts bribes from everyone. However, in the night he turns into a vigilant man who calls himself Shahenshah, and has a mission to find the guys responsible for his father’s death and eliminate corruption from the society. Will Shahenshah succeed in fulfilling his mission?
