Swarg Yahan Narak Yahan is an action crime drama. The movie follows the story of an honest man Vijay Kumar (Mithun Chakraborty), who is employed as Assistant Commissioner of Police, who gets married to Suman (Sumalatha). The two become parents to a baby boy named Suraj, and shower him with love and affection. Things take a complicated turn, when Suraj turns into a spoiled brat and gets involved in drugs and gambling. His father sends him to a far-away boarding school to get him on the right track. Years later, when Suraj returns to his home, he tries to sort out his differences with his dad, and make his parents believe that he has changed. It is still to be found, has Suraj seriously changed or just trying to trick his parents?
