Teri Maang Sitaron Se Bhar Doon is a family drama. The movie follows the story of a school-going young girl named Anjali (Padmini Kolhapure), who lives in a hostel and desperately waits for her mother every holiday. Anjali’s mother Kamini (Nutan) always takes Anjali to some holiday, and not to her home. Kamini pretends to be very wealthy in front of Anjali; however, she is unaware that her mother is working for a dreaded criminal named Sultanbhai. Later, Anjali falls in love with Anand (Raj Kiran), and the moment comes when the two reveal their love affair to their parents and arrange their meeting. However, Kamini is unable to make it to the meeting, as she is assigned a task by Sultanbhai. This doesn’t go well with Anand’s mother. Will Kamini’s truth finally come out? How will it impact Anjali and her life?
