Chandni is a romantic musical drama. The movie follows the story of a beautiful girl named Chandni (Sridevi). A wealthy man named Rohit Gupta (Rishi Kapoor) falls in love with Chandni and proposes to her for marriage, but Rohit’s family doesn’t like her. Sometime later, when Rohit meets with an accident, his family blames Chandni for it and forces her to leave the house. Chandni leaves in tears. Later, she meets a man named Lalit (Vinod Khanna), who falls in love with Chandni and asks her hand for marriage. After two years, she finally agrees to marry him and the two get engaged. However, Rohit returns to her life, and Chandni realizes she is still in love with him. The question remains, whom will she choose?
