Dance Dance is an action musical drama. The movie follows the story of two siblings - Ramu (Mithun Chakraborty) and Radha (Smita Patil), who get orphaned at a young age. Their parents, Shyam (Satish Kaul) and Sita (Sarala Yeolekar), were singers and dancers, who used to travel a lot to perform. However, during one such performance the couple got killed, and Ramu and Radha became orphans. The siblings grow up on their own and become singers and dancers like their parents. However, things take a turn for them when they come face to face with the killer of their parents. The question remains, how will the siblings deal with this newly learnt truth?
